David Coulthard hit the streets of Vilnius yesterday in our Running Showcar for the Red Bull Street Avenue event which attracted F1 fans from across Lithuania.
Despite the bad weather, tens of thousands of spectators lined Konstitucijos Avenue to watch the action, some even perched on roofs of nearby buildings to catch a glimpse.
DC provided the fans with a first-hand experience of the speed, noise and thrill of Formula One before signing autographs and posing with fans for pictures.
David was joined by some prominent local racers: rally racer Benediktas Vanagas along with the best drifters in Lithuania Timas Simaška, Darius Balys, Evaldas Kovalenka and Ramunas Bruzga showed off the unbelievable capabilities of their cars.
Next stop for Red Bull’s Running Showcar is Poland this weekend when Mark Webber and Toro Rosso’s Jaime Alguersuari will be at the wheel.
