Through the global leading lubricants brand Mobil™, ExxonMobil will continue its support for F1 Academy through its partnership with Red Bull Racing Academy Programme – reinforcing its promise to develop the next generation of driver talent.
Building on a strong, long-standing collaboration with Oracle Red Bull Racing, Mobil™ lubricants aims to help guide more women into motorsport by supporting rising role models such as Alisha Palmowski through the Red Bull Racing Academy Programme. This partnerships seeks to empower young women pursuing careers in motorsport and STEM-related fields.
Alisha, F1 Academy’s Red Bull Racing Academy Programme driver, is an emerging force in women’s single-seater racing, achieving one win and five podiums in her debut F1 Academy season. She ended her rookie campaign finishing fifth with 91 points.
This continued initiative and multi-year agreement further underscores ExxonMobil’s dedication to promoting diversity, innovation, and excellence across all levels of motorsport, as well as within its global motorsport organisation.
