What is happening?

International Women in Engineering (INWED) is an international awareness campaign celebrating the work and achievements of women engineers.
The contributions of women engineers are invaluable. Their expertise and dedication from Aerodynamics to Powertrain Design, from Data Analysis to Sim Racing play a crucial role in achieving phenomenal success for the Team.
Together with our Team Partner Rokt, we’re on a mission to foster greater diversity in Formula One, Sim Racing and STEM, unleashing possibilities for women and girls to get involved, and we can’t wait to see you soon.
Join us for the day on June 14th in person at our Technology Campus in Milton Keynes to explore the world of engineering, meet inspiring engineers from both Oracle Red Bull Racing and Rokt, and gain insights into the exciting roles available within these fields. Here’s what you can expect:
  1. Meet Our Engineers: Learn about their career paths, achievements, and the impact they’ve made.
  2. Explore Varied Roles: Discover the wide-ranging roles available within engineering.
  3. CV Guidance and Career Advice: Receive valuable guidance for your CV and career.
  4. Factory Tour: Go behind the scenes on campus to witness the inspiring world of F1.
