From 2015’s dazzling Camobull to last year’s iconic Mark Your Mark fan liveries, we’ve turned racing into a radical, riotous art form. And for our 20th season in Formula 1 we’re cranking up the revolutionary spirit even more – by giving you free reign to hack the RB20 in a unique new way, with REBL CUSTMS.
Fusing street style with F1 power, REBL CUSTMS puts a bespoke toolkit of patterns, colours and stickers in your hands, kickstarting your creativity so you can transform the RB20 from machine to fan art masterpiece. And not only will REBL CUSTMS put your design on our car, it will take a lucky few trackside too!
We’re looking for three incredible designs to feature on the RB20 at Silverstone, Singapore and Austin with each Grand Prix’s winning artist joining us for the race as a guest of the Team. This is the competition for all, allowing anyone to design an F1 car, with no design experience necessary.
So how does your design make it onto the RB20? Easy. REBL CUSTMS is open to every member of our free digital loyalty programme, The Paddock. So just follow the link below to get started 👇🏽
REBL CUSTMS puts the look of the RB20 in your hands. We’re giving Paddock members the chance to design three bespoke liveries, for the British, Singapore and United States (Austin) Grand Prix using car templates and a suite of easy-to-use design tools.
Once the competition is open, visit The Paddock, head over to the ‘CUSTMS’ tab and select which race you wish to enter a design for. You’ll see the tools you need to unlock your Forever REBL spirit and rock your design. Once you’ve completed your design just agree to the Terms & Conditions and click submit.
If you’re selected as a winner, you’ll not only get to see your design come to life on Max and Checo’s RB20s for the duration of the respective Grand Prix weekends – and define a potentially iconic moment in a landmark year for the Team – you’ll get to watch it all unfold as a guest of the Team.
That means each winner and their plus one will receive flights and accommodation to the respective race. You’ll also get an exclusive garage tour for Free Practice 1 so you can get up close and personal with your design, with the RB20 and with the drivers. Visas and personal transport will need to be organised by the winner.
The competition is open to all members of The Paddock.
Submissions for the British GP will open on 11 April 2024, 02:00:00 pm UTC and ends on 30 April 2024, 02:00:00 pm UTC.
Submissions for the Singapore and the United States GP will open on 28 May 2024, 02:00:00 pm UTC and ends on 25 June 2024, 10:59:59 pm UTC.
For Singapore, entries will be judged against two criteria:
The Bright Lights - We want to see designs that will look good under the bright lights of the night-time Singapore GP!
Beware of the Bulls – Avoid adding stickers over the sun & bulls or other partnership logos, they’re already perfect as they are!
For Austin, entries will be judged against two criteria:
Turn It Texan - We want to see designs that embrace the Texan spirit with your designs for the United States GP!
Beware of the Bulls – Avoid adding stickers over the sun & bulls or other partnership logos, they’re already perfect as they are!
Oracle Red Bull Racing's Fan Engagement Team will review the entries against those selection criteria to create a shortlist of the five best entries for each GP. Those five entries for each GP will then be put to the vote among our exclusive fan community, The Paddock, with the winner being the design to garner most votes. If there is a voting tie, the winning artwork will be selected by Oracle Red Bull Racing's Team Principal and CEO, Christian Horner.
Only one entry per person per race is allowed.
Submissions are only accepted via The Paddock.
