About the Red Bull Engineering Academy 2026 Graduate Programme
Now entering its fourth successful year, the Red Bull Engineering Academy continues to be a proven launchpad for ambitious engineers ready to shape the future of Formula One powertrains. This is your opportunity to be part of Red Bull Powertrains, developing a championship-winning Power Unit built to meet the sport’s revolutionary 2026 regulations and to play your part in the next era of racing performance.
We’re seeking talented STEM graduates from a wide range of backgrounds who share our passion for pushing technical boundaries and redefining what’s possible. This two-year graduate programme, commencing in autumn 2026, offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry-leading experts, and the chance to contribute directly to the design and development of our future power unit.
As part of the Academy, you’ll receive comprehensive on-site training, giving you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to excel within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. From day one, you’ll be immersed in the innovation, teamwork, and engineering excellence that drives Red Bull Powertrains forward.

Red Bull Powertrains represents the next evolution in our pursuit of performance and innovation. Our successful collaboration has powered the team to back-to-back Drivers’ and Constructors’ Championships in 2022 and 2023, cementing our position at the pinnacle of Formula One. This partnership will continue through to the end of the 2025 season, ahead of the introduction of a brand-new generation of F1 power units.
In parallel with our current championship campaign, Red Bull Powertrains is developing a cutting-edge power unit designed to meet the 2026 regulations — a bold new era for the sport. This groundbreaking project is being brought to life at our state-of-the-art facility within the Red Bull Technology Campus, where a dedicated team of world-class engineers are driving innovation and performance at every stage.
