Now entering its fourth successful year, the Red Bull Engineering Academy continues to be a proven launchpad for ambitious engineers ready to shape the future of Formula One powertrains. This is your opportunity to be part of Red Bull Powertrains, developing a championship-winning Power Unit built to meet the sport’s revolutionary 2026 regulations and to play your part in the next era of racing performance.
We’re seeking talented STEM graduates from a wide range of backgrounds who share our passion for pushing technical boundaries and redefining what’s possible. This two-year graduate programme, commencing in autumn 2026, offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry-leading experts, and the chance to contribute directly to the design and development of our future power unit.

Red Bull Powertrains represents the next evolution in our pursuit of performance and innovation. In parallel with our current championship campaign, Red Bull Powertrains is developing a cutting-edge power unit designed to meet the 2026 regulations — a bold new era for the sport. This groundbreaking project is being brought to life at our state-of-the-art facility within the Red Bull Technology Campus, where a dedicated team of world-class engineers are driving innovation and performance at every stage.
