Making his motorsports debut in 2014, Isack would become a Red Bull Junior Driver in 2022 at the age of 17 before going on to secure 4 wins in Formula 3. The tenacity of the young driver would lead him to a seat in Formula 2 with Hitech Grand Prix.
In 2023, Isack gained valuable experience in the world of Formula racing. A notable 3rd-place finish in the Austria Sprint Race, after starting from 21st, set the tone for his racing style and meant all eyes were on him for the next season. Moving to Campos Racing for the 2024 Formula 2 season, Isack continued to impress with 4 feature race wins and a 36-point lead in the Championship by summer break. Despite a few mechanical issues during the second half of the season, the fight for the title went down to the last race, with Isack ultimately being bested by Gabriel Bortoleto.
Performances throughout the 2024 season had cemented Isack’s potential within the sport, and he was promoted to driver for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls for the 2025 Formula 1 season. This is following a year as reserve driver for both Oracle Red Bull Racing and VCARB teams and driving in a practice session in 2023 for Scuderia Alpha Tauri.
Throughout a hotly contested 2025 season, Isack continued to turn heads as he delivered several impressive results, claiming his first ever F1 podium at the Dutch Grand Prix with 3rd place, sharing the podium with his 2026 teammate, Max Verstappen. Alongside Liam Lawson, Isack managed to help the VCARB team achieve a 6th place finish in the Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship and finished in 12th place in the Formula 1 World Drivers’ Championship, with many people tipping him to be their rookie of the season.
Combining the performances, maturity and potential, Isack is set to move into the Oracle Red Bull Racing seat for 2026 as we welcome in a year of new regulations and a Red Bull Ford Powertrains power unit.
