Checo’s Excited Ahead Of 2022 SeasonSergio Pérez talks about the new car and the new 23 race season.

The new regulations have been brought in to offer better, more competitive racing and to improve the experience for the fans, which Checo can’t wait for. “I am so excited to start the new season and I cannot wait to be on track with the new RB18. Last year, we gave it our all until the very last lap and we are ready to do the same in 2022,” said Checo.

“All of us on the grid are starting from zero this season so it is set to be an exciting year. The new regulations are said to improve the competition on track, so I hope that for us as drivers we can compete more, race more and follow each other more closely.” Added the Mexican.

Checo is a born racer, he enjoys the off-season, but he’s also excited to get back on track. “I cannot wait to be back in the car and working with the team. I’m looking forward to the season starting,” he said. However, he’s under no illusion that there’s a lot of work ahead. “There will be a lot of things we need to learn and adapt to, but these new regulations are set to make everything very interesting.”

The launch of the RB18 was in collaboration with our fans and Checo is always appreciate of the support he and the Team get throughout the season. “The fans are always amazing everywhere we go, but especially in the Netherlands and Mexico. One thing I can’t wait for this season is to see more fans back at the track. Formula One is growing so much all over the world so I can’t wait to feel that atmosphere again. I hope that we can give the fans great entertainment and great racing,” he concluded.
