pandemic,

the

planned

rule

changes

for

the

2021

season

were

pushed

back

a

season,

so

the

RB16B

was

another

evolution

on

the

previous

several

cars.

Just

a

few

tweaks

were

made

to

the

RB16B,

but

it

was

enough

to

take

the

season

down

to

the

wire.
